Our high deductible health plans (HDHP) comply with federal rules that allow the member to make contributions to a tax-exempt health savings account (HSA). Members have access to the OSMA Health Provider Network, an extensive network of hospitals, physicians and ancillary providers.
The summary Schedule of Benefits Booklet provides information on benefit levels and limits. All benefits described in the schedule are subject to the exclusions and limitations described more fully in the Plan Document.
